I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my ongoing issue with HP Support. My Case ID is [protected].
On contacting HP through WhatsApp support, I was charged ₹250 for technical assistance. I was assured that this fee would help with my issue and support would be provided. However, after making the payment:
I did not receive any proper resolution.
HP support team failed to assist me effectively on both WhatsApp and calls.
I was also told about a discount on the display replacement, but the price in the quotation was the same as the public price (₹11, 097). There was no actual discount provided as claimed.
Despite repeated calls and emails, I have received no action, refund, or resolution.
I consider this a case o[censored]nfair trade practice and customer negligence. I am extremely dissatisfied with this poor handling of a paid support service.
I request the following immediately:
1. A full refund of ₹250 collected via WhatsApp support.
2. Clarification on the misleading price discount and a genuine discounted quotation if applicable.
3. An apology and action against such misleading practices by your representatives.
If this matter is not resolved within 7 working days, I will be forced to escalate this further through:
