HP India — srikakulapu prashanthi fake employee fraud

I am writing to formally inform you about serious fraudulent activities and policy violations committed by S Prashanthi currently employed under the payroll of Isquare Technologies with the client company HPE.

Issue:

Currently working under the payroll of Isquare Technologies with the client as HPE, she even passed the interviews using proxy support (refer to the interview screenshots and recordings) and she somehow managed the BGV (can check the company credentials which is a fake one). Also requesting to perform BGV on her again and requesting to mainly check the PF details of the mentioned fake company in her service history and PF passbook which will show zero contributions which can confirm the BGV state.

We learned all of this when she applied to our organisation. She also asked us to remove the documentation of fake company details after joining our organisation. She even tried to convince us to accept the offer letter confirmation from our organisation. She told one of our TA team that she uses Job support by sharing company data with an external party and getting the deliverables from them, which leaves organisations at stake with such fake skilled people without proper conduct.

Requesting to take severe actions from both payroll company "Isquare Technologies / I SQUARE SOFT " (Karnataka) and Client company "HPE" (whose data was shared outside of the organisation which keeps company policies at stake)
