HP India — Suggested wrong product by HP care executive

I ordered a printer head on December 4th based on the recommendation of an HP customer care executive. Unfortunately, the part is not compatible with my printer. When I contacted customer care again, they denied suggesting the part and claimed they have no call recording. I am certain they can retrieve the call recording from December 4th.

Despite multiple follow-ups (around 7–8 calls), I have not received any support. Each time, I am only given excuses instead of a resolution.
