Lodge complain (Case ID:[protected]) on 28.12.2025 through HP customer care number for repairing of above printer. Engineer visited on 30.12.2025 and advice replacement of Parts(PCA carriage) accordingly authorized service provider (Joy Enterprise, Serampore, Hooghly) of HP sent quotation (No.147 dt.30.12.2025) of parts for Rs.982/- and asked to pay the amount. Accordingly I have paid the amount in their account (No.[protected], IFSC : CNRB0002690). After few days again they sent fresh quotation for an amount of Rs.3549/- for same parts and asked to pay the balance amount and after getting the full amount the engineer will visit my place and repair the printer replacing the parts.
My complain is how the cost of parts hiked about 4 time within few days.
