HP — Scam/Fraud by HP service centre located in Jasola

My name is Manav and My email is [protected]@gmail.com . I'm writing this complaint so people over at HP learns who they hire and allow to open service centres in India as I've been wrongfully scammed and my hp pavilion 15 gaming laptop is completely demolished by them. I took my laptop for RAM increment to hp service centre in Okhla as stated by HP world shop near Laxmi nagar new delhi, they took 800 rupees from me and told me that the ram slot is damaged and they'll have to keep laptop for 2 days so they can fix the issue. They also told me they ordered new motherboard that was installed in the laptop and everything but what actually happened was I took my laptop there, they kept the laptop and took money for installing ram in the laptop and exchanged my graphic drivers NVIDIA GTX 1650 and AMD Ryzen 5 5500H with older or faulty graphic drivers.
