HRTC — refund of my ticket

Sir I haven't received any refund.
when I cancelled my ticket they said my amount would be refunded within 5-7 days but noting happened.
I am still waiting. I haven't received any message or email till now.
please expedite my refund

I kamal Chand was to travel from Shimla to Delhi in HRTC bus at 06:12AM. Bus was cancelled by HRTC and I couldn't travel. Ticket was booked through redbus app.

I booked my bus seats online for 9th May 2021, 7:40 am from Kangra to Ambala. I was there at the bus stop at 7:15 yet my bus never showed up till 10 am. Eventually I had to book a cab and leave. I have mailed hrtc customer care for refund but nobody has mailed me back. I want a full refund for the service. It is supposed to be ₹914. I am attaching a screenshot for the same. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible. The bus route was from Jogindernagar - Delhi Isbt, service number - 1138.

I booked my bus seats online for 9th May 2021, 7:40 am from Sarkaghat to Delhi but this sevice has been cancelled by hrtc and H.P. govt.due to covid-19 lockdown . I have mailed hrtc customer care for refund but nobody has mailed me back. I want a full refund for the service. It is supposed to be ₹1278. I am attaching a screenshot for the same. I made online booking of hrtc bus from chandigarh to Sundernagar on 28.12.2021 on behalf of my son Adarsh Bhardwaj through MMT app bearing transaction NU[protected] & an amount of Rs.363/= had been deducted from my account but bus ticket was not confirmed. Please refund the amount of Rs.363/= and credited to my account.

I have no information or massage about cancellation that's day.I have mailed hrtc customer care for refund but nobody has mailed me back. I want a full refund for the service. It is supposed to be ₹806. I am attaching a screenshot for the same. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

I have booked ticket from New Delhi kashmiri gate to Hamirpur on 16 th June and money was deducted from my account but ticket was not available for me. They said that I would be able to get my money back within the next 5-7 working days but I have not received any money.
