i purchased AQUAGUARD GENEUS from http://www.eurekaforbes.com on[protected] and i received item on[protected] as promised very timely delivery but after delivery when installation guy come to my home for fitting said AQUAGUARD GENEUS is not able to get proper pressure from ur water tank. u need to lift ur water tank or AQUAGUARD GENEUS is not able to get proper pressure to work correctly. i said i can't able to lift my water tank so installation guy said u have to mail or call our customer care no. to get refund ur money n return this product. i call many times on their customer care n mail 3 times on [protected]@eurekaforbes.com but not get any result. i also call DIRECT SALES sales person Mr. Kamlesh Kumar employ code - 9010628 & Satish Kumar Branch Manager no.- [protected] and Mr. Sudarshan sales employ code - 9006504 no.- [protected].
