we resident of bhatkal in uttara Kanada district in karnataka are not comfortable with electrical meter installed by Hescom

present meter installed by hesom is resulting in hgh electric bill so we request authority to investigate the matter and take stringent action this company. since last fifteen years resident of bhatkal have been paying double amount.
