Every time complain is given a couple of Hescom staff comes to the spot, works for 10 to 15 minutes with all temporary style and goes off. We have requested them number of times to repair or replace for permanent solutions, always they give some excuses . On 14 th August 2025 from afternoon all of a sudden short circuit happened and heard a big sparkling sound repeatedly till 15 th evening . After repeated complaints over phone Hescom people temporary solution.
Frequently we are facing same issue.
