This complaint is regarding poor after sales service provided by you.When you are selling product which used daily by consumer then its service, maintenance needs to be done as soon as possible once consumer submits the request for the same.I am having very bad experience with you as i need to call customer care as well as technician and need to request for their visit.

This kind of service will never encourage me to suggest this product to anyone.Kindly don't sell such day to day to use products if you can't provide service for them.
