I must say that the company services are pathetic. I bought a pureit classic room + uv which got delivered on 18 and after lot of push and follow up with the service centre, it got installed yesterday morning.

Immediately after it got installed the water started continuously leaking from the device and it is still leaking. The service centre guy stopped taking my calls.

I called thrice today on company toll free number, put a mail on company website. But i have still not received the complaint no or a call from pureit side. When i insisted to speak to senior they are all busy, i don't know doing what. I have been told that company timing is till tomorrow evening. My kitchen is getting damaged due to company's defective product and it can't wait till your tat of 48 hours.

This is the most ridiculous service ever seen

    I am cursing the day when i purchased pureit ultima which was much costlier than other products in the market. I could not expect any worse service than this.
    Ro is not giving any water as gkk1 is requiring replacement and nobody responding to my emails (5 reminder emails already sent and called customer care also).

    1) i purchased this product in jan2016. To start with i had a bad experience when pcb was found defective in the brand new product (Reference: feedback#c[protected] complaint: c[protected] customerid: [protected]).
    2) pre-sediment filter was leaking in new installation and could be corrected only after 4 visits by service persons. I was about to return the product but i was promised in call from mr srikant's office and natraj enterprises (Mobile [protected]) for better service assurance and i am now regretting my decision to not returning it.
    3) i ordered ultima ro+uv gkk 1 (4000 litres) order number rfs/18681391 on 9/11/2016. I have still (18/11/2016) not received the kit.
    Service person mr. Rinku (Mobile [protected]) of natraj enterprises (Mobile [protected]) came to my place. I demanded sealed box but they tried to give opened box. Natraj people say to wait for monday (21/11/2016) for sealed box. On website you make big statements about 72 hour promise but on ground it is quite different. Natraj enterprises (Mr narendra [protected]) says that noida is not covered in 72 hour promise.

    I sent many emails to pureit. [protected]@unilever.com, srikanth. [protected]@unilever.com but no reply received so far. It can't be more pathetic that you dont even reply to emails.

      Dear Sir/Mam,

      This is the to inform you and to bring to your notice about the worst service received from your end(ComPanY).

      This is the worst responce received from the well reputed company, owing to which i was ready to pay such a high price for the goodwill and after sale service. The only material difference which differentiate your company from the peers, is the Quality and After Sale Service.

      But this time you "Hurted the sentiments" from the benchmarK - proving the incapability and your lower mission and vision for the longrun.

      Now comming to the point, wrote all the above to make sence and seek your attention, that this is different from all other complaints you receive in your routine course.

      I am Presuming that the reader of this complaint is Well Educated and has a degree of "common sence" o[censored]nderstanding.

      This is to bring to your notice that the "Service Receiver" purchased the filter by paying 9750/- after availing an exchange discount of Rs 1250/-.

      We were having problem from the very begining and we have repeatedly seek the customer care. After the same problem continued we asked the customer to replace the product but, it was in vain - they delayed all the service from time to time. at the end we were forced to drink the non-purified water instead of paying such a high price from the reputed company.

      Its strange and you have to accept the FACT that the user of PURE IT water purifier are forced to drink NON-PURIFIED. Shame on the service. You deserve a tight responce and i am planning to approach all the customer/Consumer forum available and importantly all the SOCIAL MEDIA especially where i can meet all the customers and pass them the messge of the quality of service they will receive if they buy Pureit instead of other from the peers in the market.

      Social Media will pass on :

      BuY PuReiT water purifier = and be forced to drink unforced UN Purified Water.

      This is also to bring to your notice, being an educated person and know how it will affect the crediability(Loss of Reputation) being aware, Thoght to give a "OPPURTUNITY OF BEING HEARD'' - Because i know many a times top management is not aware of the problems faced by enduser.

      Last resorto,

      Please do the needful, because my mom-dad-kids were facing this problem and were forced to drink the non-purified water, in a weather changing environment-leading to several dieseases.

      As i just completed my exams yesterday, and was informed by my parents today staying in warangal, as i was writing and studying in hyderabad. was suppose to sue you for all mental pressure caused by you people. were facing problems for the last 3 months.

      You have to PAY HIGH THIS time high, i will ensure that.

        Just after posting this complaint Some one called me from mobile number [protected] stating that he is calling from National Consumer Helpline. he was asking me for payment details and my e-mail id. I think he was any fake person and was demanding my debit card details. So I request admin of this website not to disclose these complaints to common public or contact details of complainant to public. so that no one can misuse it.

          I am very disappointed with pure it representative who called and visited to change germ kill kit ..
          Firstly he was rude on telephonic conversation, next his service and attitude was very rude..
          He told us repeatedly that ur area is not corporation area, , and behaved and talked very rudely with us, his name was shrikant .
          Please don't send him further to ur reputated customers or u will loose ur customers gradually if such representative will come from ur side

            I have lodged a complaint No. C[protected]/22626165 on 7.11.16 with Customer care/Pureit HUL regarding leakage of water from my Pureit Marvella RO 10 ltr. unit. Nobody took care of my compalint till now but surprisingly I have received a mobile message stating that '' Ur compalint has been attended on 7.11.16'' . This is totally false and nobody visited my place and inspected the Unit till now (8.11.16 3.45pm)

              I am writing this mail after getting extremely frustrated with the kind of service that I experienced from service centres of HUL Pureit over last several days.

              Let me explain you the problem which I am facing, as this would give you the context because of which I am escalating:

              My details:
              Name : Rohit Jain
              Pureit Device : Marvella RO+UV

              Problem with my purifier started in last week of Sept 2016, when suddenly all 4 indicators on the purifier turned Red.

              So I called the customer care and registered the complain on Sept 30 (Complain No. C[protected].For this complain I got call from service center and the technician suggested me to switch off and on the purifier several time and then all indicators will turn green and device will be ok.I did as per his advice and the indicators turned green.

              I asked him what if this happens again and what is the root cause of this? He was not having any answer and told me to register new complain if this happens frequently.

              Now, since no permanent fix was provided by technician, problem started again and I again registered complain for the same problem on Oct 6 (Complain No. C[protected] was reopened).I specially told them that I will be out of station from Oct 9th, so fix it before that( moreover your SLA is 1 working day, as per the SMS you send after registering complain).But the SLA was not followed, even after special mention that I will be out of town from Oct 9th.

              Technician called on the the evening of Oct 9th and I told him that I will be back on Oct 12th, so come on that day.He said ok and asked me to inform once I am back.I came back on Oct 12th and called him as well as SMS him to come and fi the problem as all indicators were frequently turning to red and then green after some time.But the technician didn't come.

              So again problem was not fixed from your side.

              Because of all this mishandling, my device stopped working with all indicators red, in last week of Oct.

              After coming back from my Diwali vacation, I again registered complain on Nov 3rd for the same problem ( Complain No. C[protected]. This time the technician came(on Nov 4th) and inspected the device for the first time since I raised problem on Sept 30th).After inspection he told me that Control Circuit has failed and is not working.So I need to pay Rs. 3250 to get new one as warranty expired on Nov 1st( two days back)

              Now this is ridiculous! I have been asking them to fix the problem since Sept 30th. The technician comes for the first time on Nov 4th ( 2 days after 1 years warranty expires) and asks me to pay Rs.3250.

              Were you people waiting for the warranty to expire since Sept 30th so that you can take Rs. 3250 from me?!!!

              How can you ask me to pay Rs 3250 now, when the device stopped working properly from Sept 30th, well before the warranty expired on Nov 1st.This is outrageous!!!

              I explained all the above to customer care on 3 occasions in last 2 days and every time they conference connect me to service centre person Lalwani Sales ( No.[protected]) who has stopped picking up my phone now.Even customer care is not having any solution to my problem.

              This kind of service I never expected for HUL Pureit. I think that I have made a big mistake by buying Pureit.

              I am drinking water that is not safe for the last 1 week. Who would be responsible if something happens to me and my family?

              I request you look into this matter urgently and get my purifier fixed urgently.

                Hello,
                I purchased the Marvell Pureit water purifier and it was installed 04-Nov-16, unfortunately water has been leaking very badly on day-1 and I have risen the request to customer care but those people are keep on bluffing and stating that they will send now and then and yet to land the technician and I regret using this company service, its bad.

                I had purchased Purit one week ago, mechanic who installed it from Purit not even completely installed the system misbehave with me and after few days when I called him for a leakage problem he had refugee to come and talk in very bad manager..
                Please take serious action against this case

                  1. I had registerd a service request from mobil no. [protected] on 02/10/2016 to change the water tap of my marvella RO water filter. Four to five times i have followd up, but my work is not yet attended.

                  2. I feel that even in these many words the complain was complete and was giving proper understanding of the problem. However, I like to add further movement in this regard.

                  3. Today, at 09:32 PM, I have received two sms from "BZ-PURIT". I am posting it as received:
                  i. "Pureit: Ur Complain No. C[protected] has been attended. If NOT satisfied - SMS "SER 0" to [protected] or Email: pureit.[protected]@unilever.com or call [protected]".
                  ii. "Thanks for the payment of Rs. 0 against Complaint 21897797 attended on 12/11/2016. If charged extra, SMS "EXTRA" to [protected]".
                  Regarding these sms, I clarify that nobody has come and nothing has been attended. I further complain that this type of sms should never come to the customer when work is not attended. There is always a possibility that by showing this type of msgs, the service provider could claim that they have resolved the issue.

                  Considering the matter is related to the basic need (i.e. Water) of anybody's life, I request for an early resolution.

                  After my event update on 13th November, I got a call from Pureit on 16th. the message sent in this portal by them is as below:

                  We regret for the trouble caused.As spoken on call we are in process of resolving your issue on priority.

                  Regards,
                  Team Pureit"

                  However, nothing has moved afterwards. I am still waiting for solutions.

                    I registered a complaint on october 11... Which was resolved on 26th october after continuous follow up. I asked the technician to check all the filters but he changed smps and said there would be no problem. He refused to do a thorough check. On nov 2nd again a problem cropped up water was not coming from the purifier. I called the agency directly... Since it was only a week since the technician had visited. But they asked me to call the call centre and register the complaint. I registered a complaint immediately on 2nd nov. Got an sms that a technician will visit within 1 working day. But it's been 2 days and i haven't even received a call from the technician.
                    I called the agency and asked about my complaint status they seem to know nothing about... And later said that technician will come... Which they tell you whenever u call.
                    Why such a poor service... Such a reputed company with bad customer service... Pls do something or else we will have to replace our unit with other product

                      I brought Pureit advanced on 22 oct 16.at time of installation puriet representative said it will take time for full so just wait for hour.but when device full its leaked badly. When I inform to local puriet representative their replies it always leak if transparent part full Sir I donot why puriet representative think customer is fool. when puriet have given storage capacity 14 ltr then how could device will leak. they are instead of repair giving advice that take water out when your transparent lower part of device full.so pls take necessary action against people who misguide customer and make a solution for stoping the leakage of device.an urgent action requested please

Same day a service executive has turned up and said that it's adapter is not working and they will replace it by 10th october, 2016.                             Water Purifier After Sales Service

                            This complaint is regarding poor after sales service provided by you.When you are selling product which used daily by consumer then its service, maintenance needs to be done as soon as possible once consumer submits the request for the same.I am having very bad experience with you as i need to call customer care as well as technician and need to request for their visit.

                            Dear sir,
                            I have bought filter of 23 ltrs on 26/06/2016 and after 3 months it did not work because germkill kit has expired.in pureit classic filter 23 ltrs has 1500 ltrs capacity to filter water. we are only two persons and it is impossible to drink 1500 water within 3 months. i have compliant in customer care (c[protected] with pureit and thanks for immediate technician visit today and after that i have conversion with trdent power solution lsp (mr. satpal) whose pho no is [protected], who misbehaved and rudely talked to me. i did not aspect such a brand company customer care help customer like this. i am really surprised and disappointed.
                            I request you to take action against this stupid incidence.in future, such employee who have not disrepute your valuable brand name. and badly conversion with your valuable customer.

                              I'm a customer of PureIT Ultima RO+UV purifier and have been using it for the past two years.

                              I've been experiencing a delayed and lethargic response from the agency (UK Agencies LSP) assigned to my service and complaint requests. Whenever I tell my concerns with PureIT consumer helpline, the agents are not aware of the charges levied by this agency. Not sure whether Hindustan Uniliver really monitors this agency for their service and the charges they make for their each visits.

                              I'm in Chrompet, Chennai - 600044

                              I've been lodging complaints for the past six months, but the problem is still recurring. I'm sure that money I've spent so far on changing spares, filters and service charge of (Rs.250 whether or not they fix the problem) for maintaining this machine would have exceeded the purchase price.

                              Last saturday, an agent visited based on my complaint that the purifier is not dispensing water. He just restarted and the machine started working fine. I was charged Rs.250 for this (Order#[protected] on 8/10, but in the automated msg that came to me after he went, it was mentioned that I've made "Rs. 0" payment..

                              Not sure what's happening

                              After a day 9/10, the machine stopped functioning and I'd to again call the customer care (Complaint# C[protected] and was informed through SMS that it will be attended within a day.

                              The One day SLA from Hindustan Unilever is gone. When I called the customer helpline few mins back, they are again providing 2 days SLA.

                              The mobile number of LSP ([protected]) provided for my current complaint and the agent last visited ([protected]) given by the agent visited on 10/10 is working but none of them picking the call even after tried for somany times.

                              Few questions as a Customer:

                              DO CUSTOMERS HAVE TO ACCEPT AND NEED TO BE HAVE UTMOST PATIENCE ON WHATEVER TIMELINES YOU PROVIDE THEM?

                              ARE YOU ACTIVELY MONITORING CUSTOMER SATISFACTION OF THE POOR SERVICE RENDERING BY THIS KIND OF AGENCIES?

                              IS THE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION CODE YOU ARE PROVIDING TO CUSTOMER ON EACH COMPLAINT REALLY MONITORED AND ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN ON IRRESPONSIBLE AGENCIES?

                              CUSTOMERS WILL SURELY GET MAD AND FRUSTRATED BY THIS KIND OF ATROCITIES IN THE NAME OF SERVICE.

                              COMPANY BRAND SHOULD NOT BE THERE ONLY AT THE TIME OF SELLING PRODUCTS BUT SHOULD BE THERE POST SELLING THROUGHOUT THE USE OF PRODUCT.

                              This is not the first time I'm experiencing the delay. Checkout my log, I'd this kind of bitter experience with my previous complaints also.

                              AS A CUSTOMER, I'M HIGHLY LOSING MY TRUST I HAD ON THIS KIND IF BIG BRANDS WITH ATTRACTIVE ADVERTISEMENTS BUT NOT REAL/SATISFACTORY CUSTOMER SERVICE.

                              The agency person attended the issue and said that the SV (Solenoid Valve) has to be replaced with the cost of 450. I actually spent for replacing this SV just 3 months back (in June 2016). I wondered and asked him why this has damaged in this short duration. He said the SV is depending on TDS. When it is high, this has to be replaced frequently. As the valve was changed recently, I told him to contact his agency and ask them if that can be replaced free of cost. Finally he replaced the valve with no cost. As he said, if I have to change the valve frequently (ie., once in 3 or 4 months), then the cost would come around 2000 in a year to for changing this spare itself, in addition to GKK1 (Rs.1700) and GKK2 (Rs. 3500) Considering the huge maintenance cost, I'm quite not sure that this product will be suitable for me in future.

                                Dear sir/madam, it is hereby informed that the germ kit of 3000 liter has been installed on 27 july 2016 and is exhaused on 5 october 2016 i. E. Only 71 days. Further it is declared that daily average water consumption is maximum 20 liters because there are only 4 family members and out of that 3 are working and we consume filtered water only for drinking, so according to this on an average only 1420 liters have been filtered but the germ kit of 3000 liters. Further it is declared that raw water quality is also good so how it has been exhaused so early... Please justify and resolve it as soon as possible.
                                I have called many times to customer care but they are not responding well and giving diplomatic answer.

                                  I have purchased pureit ro + uv in may 2016 from snapdeal. since then i am facing many problems.
                                  1) as it is purchased online no proper service is available at local level. it takes min 7 -8 days to receive service. the first installation took 8 - 10 days
                                  2) within 1 month the autocut of switch was not functioning and the service engineer said there is design problem in the ball of product and he replaced with another design.
                                  3) now since 19th sep. it is again not working and totally stopped working. launched complaint on the same day. still no repairs.

                                    My pureit isnt working however we changed the kit 2-3 days ago and no use of kit is occurred and filter is giving dirty water out when we complain on customer care they send their worker in 3days which do nothing and take 100 rs from us..but filter isnt working till now but when we call him today he said he can't came and do anything..and use bad words unlessly...

                                    I purchased pure it classic 23 ltr.filter on 8-8-2016.
                                    Now it got problem of leakage. I complaint against it and the technician who came at my home and suggest me need to change kit and it for own cost. We have been using it just 2 months. And my product is in warranty. Is this the customer service this company provides...
                                    I bought pure it classic 23 ltrs kit and i got only two things from it. I have not received the indicator due to which my pureit purifier is not working ... please look forward to it and provide me with the feedback. I recieved candle but the indicator was not there in the sealed pack..

                                      I purchased pure it on[protected].
                                      Now it got problem of leakage. I complaint against it yesterday my complain number is[protected]. The technician who came at my home for installing it said that filter will work minimum 6 months or else after 1500 litters you need to change. We have been using it normally from last 2 months and i don't believe that it has crossed 1500 ltr. And my product is in warranty. Today i got a call from your company from [protected]. The person was not even talking properly he was talking like i purchased it free. Is this the customer service this company provides after sale. Now i want this company to change my filter for free or return back my whole money.
