Dear sir,

In my area suffering a lot due to manhole drainage water blocking and overflowing on the road. its happening everyday in my area. in front of Bharathi high school is overflowing drainage water and children's are suffering from bad smile and they are struggling to go school everyday.

please try to solve this as soon as possible....

Water connection has been installed our venture and everyone got connection and using water.

but my case they were given connection Nov but they didn't install water meter - that time they didn't give meter for shortage. (Still nobody has communicated with me).

I fed up with these all things - thus I'm going to connect without meter today.

I have paid money 9156 long back - I'm really shame on this.

Since there days my house drainage is blocked due to that we are facing a problem unable to breathe properly, please kindly help me out with this problem.

[protected] this is my can number. Every month I got more than 6000 water bill so many time i have give complain to hmws. But no respond.

A Persons started construction of his house 3years back and not yet completed till now, dew to this person almost everyone are facing drainage blockage issue, actually in front of his house the main manhole is there in which more than 11 houses drianage got connected, he had good relationship with ghmc and hmws supervisors and work inspectors, taking this as an advantage illegally this people supported him in closing our drianage connection to the main manhole, they closed our connected pipe with the help of HMWS and ghmc supervisors, attaching all the related photos. Since from a week our drianage water are getting stagnant, we have raised a complaint to HMWS people, however they demanded me to pay 6000 rupees for clearing blockage inside and when they checked in mian manhole on the road, they informed us that the water flow has been stopped dew to the closure of the hole here, it has been Closed with cement. Please take the action on the house construction person and this HMWS people who supported this people and closed our connected drianage pipeline.

I am Ramesh Babu Vasireddy, a Public Health Professional, who served with UNO and is forced to log this complaint. I am a resident of Hindi Nagar Colony, Punjagutta. Opposite our house, there is a small park which is in a bad shape and the place is used for Wednesday's vegetable market. There is water leakage from one of the underground pipes causing water logging on the road and is serving as a breeding ground for mosquitoes. The pedestrians are suffering due to the water flashed by vehicular traffic. Many senior citizens use this road to go to Sai baba temple and are suffering due to this. This place is in and around a km distance from the CM's official residence, Pragathi Bhavan. Can someone look into this on a priority? I have attached a few photographs to inform of the road condition.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to register a complaint on Nanduri Diyvya and Others with CAN#[protected], who has purchased a house bearing H.No 1-4-69/4A from Praveen Rao and obtained permission from GHMC for an residential apartment building in the name of Vaishnavi Enfield, with 10 flats of approximately 24000 sft after demolishing the old house. As of today the residential apartment is nearing completion of construction with families starting to live in the newly bult residential apartment building from March 2023 onwards.

It come to our notice that the same old connection is updated with new owner's name and repurposed for the residential apartment building with 10 flats/families without changing the water pipe size. The same thing was brought to the notice of General Manager HMWSSB office at Lalitha Nagar, Habsiguda, Hyderabad in December 2022 and was inspected by the concerned on 9th Jan 2023 and no action was initiated till date. Instead of disconnecting existing connection with water pipe size of 15mm and providing new connection with water pipe size of 20mm, that will be sufficient for 10 flats (24000 sft) the name on the CAN #[protected] was changed from Praveen Rao to Nanduri Divya & others few days back.

I request you to please look into this matter of providing with appropriate water connection, with correct water pipe size based on the new residential complex (Vaishnavi Enfield), so that all the families in the new apartment complex have sufficient legal water supply.

Please arrange to check the water leakage at Vijay Nagar colony - 500057.

Exact address - In front of Aadhya Collections shop (Jockey store), just beside the Chat Vendor stall, Near Union Bank Chowrasta .

Lots of precious drinking water is being wasted due to the leakages from beneath the road, leaving the road wet and logging of water. It is requested to arrange to attend the leakage problems at the earliest to prevent wastage of water and also water stagnation. The water leakage starts daily at approximately 4PM and continues for almost 4-5 hours.
The Leakage problem has started around 2 weeks back, i.e, around 1st February, 2023.

Iam a resident at Sree ram nagar colony O/S Gowlipura, 500053. And I have raised a complaint on HMWSSB app regarding the drainage blockage where the main line is blocked for which our drainage is leaking in front of my gate which is causing a trouble to walk way. The status on the app says its pending since last 8 days where the board promised that issue will be cleared in 4 days . I saw the sewage truck coming to the other colony but doing nothing about the complaint that i have raised. Its been an issue from past 10 days . The water is overflow is increased now and there is no one to resolve the issue. I took a phone number of executive of my area from Customer service whose name is mukhram baba. Who is unresponsive to phone calls nor able to get in touch with me from the date o raised the complaint on the app that is 01/02/2023

New water line is not running in only venkat Reddy nagar Ramanthapur Hyderabad area due to conflicts . What is use if new water line is not used and provided, water is not provided properly but people need to pay bills in time

Fresh water is getting wasted in front of Kalyan Nagar Phase-3 Karur Vysya Bank through some pipeline leakage.

Such wastage is happening quite frequently at this spot or at the Reliance Smartspot nearby. It may be looked into and a permanent solution be made to avoid this precious fresh water leakage and wastage

I am an resident of sai nishanth apartments, p.no.157, vivekananda nagar, mallapur nacharam facing issue of drainage overflow outside of my apartments from last five days.Even i didnt see your daily street cleaning persons,
Pls take it as immediate action to resolve this, due to we are in winter season/rainy season.May be it affects to viral fevers and spreading of mosquitoes.
Also, i am bringing to your notice that opposite to us, there was an park with full of dust and dried plants.There was no action clean and green in this park.

My home does not have water connection. I never applied for water connection. There is no water supply in the area. How did the department sent me the water bill for can no[protected].

I'm the resident of 12-2-196, Murad Nagar, Hyderabad-28 (T.S). My water can number is[protected].

My grievance is that for more than six months, I'm getting contaminated filthy water supply by HMWSSB for drinking purpose and there is stench emanating from this water. The consumption of this filthy water is already taking toll on the health of my family members as one or the other family members of mine are filling sick intermittently. I have already raised the complaint to HMWSSB on 13.11.2022 (Token No.8106), but until now no action is taken by the department.

I therefore, request the concerned to take this grievance seriously and arrange to address my issue issue without further delay. I request the HMWSSB to stop playing with the health of its consumers.

Our CAN no.[protected] Y Ranganayakulu bill for the month of September 2022 is wrongly categorized as Commercial instead of Domestic. Bill is issued for Rs. 2944.50. Kindly rectify the mistake and issue the correct bill to allow me to pay the bill in time.

ALTHOUGH I HAVE BROUGHT TO THE NOTICE OF ALL CONCERNED OFFICERS INCLUDING MANAGER, DGM, GM(E), CGM(REVENUE), M.D. OF HMWSSB, I FIND NO ACTION TAKEN ON THE ILLEGAL APPLICATION OF FREE WATER TO CUSTOMER ACCOUNT NUMBER (CAN #[protected]. I SUBMITTED ALL PROOFS THAT INSIDERS IN HMSWWB, DIVN. IX committed FRAUD and SCAM by accepting BRIBES. Although all proofs are submitted, they are yet to take action and the bills should be collected 3-times (as the department do for others ruthlessly) and DISABLE THE ABOVE CAN for FREE WATER SCHEME immediately as they committed a fraud by favouring the customer by accepting BRIBE. Their excused that the records were not updated is INCORRECT as it is proved to them that THEY COMMITTED FRAUD. HELP ME, AND PLEASE ENSURE THE DEPARTMENT OF Hyd.Metro Water Works follow same rules for all citizens and not to act as per their wishes, but as per their own G.O.
