[Resolved] Hypercity — fruits quality | |||
Had a worm in a strawberry and all of the strawberries were not fresh not a single one one why do i purchase suck expensive fruits to get a quality is this what i am supposed to give my kids n family fruits with worms i mean a regular fruit seller on the streets will never sell anything with worms so easy and its so obvious for hypercity to just sell any damn thing with a good price take the customers for granted. Tried calling you guys didnt answer no cust service amazing i can understand one fruit with worm but how come all of them look so stale and any kid can make out its a spoilt strawberry not meant to eat disgusting. Verified Support Jan 25, 2018 HyperCITY Customer Care's response Dear Customer, We sincerely regret this incident. We make every effort to ensure that our customers get the freshest fruits and vegetables and this is certainly an aberration which we deeply regret. We shall put even stricter quality checks from now onwards to ensure such things don't get repeated. Please feel free to get a refund or we would be happy to offer you fresh pineapples whenever you visit our store next. Please ask for CDS manager or Store Manager at the store and they shall handle the same Once again apologies for this poor quality that you encountered.
