Hypercity — Membership card | |||||
I am a very loyal customer of hypercity for almost a decade now. On 16 august i purchased ₹15000 worth at their panvel store for which i also received gift vouchers. I swiped my hypercity card and was told the points would show up in my card the next day. Today 22 aug i asked to check on my points and was told my shopping on 16th was not captured due to system error. I was told to produce bills which obviously i had disposed out by now. If they would have given me any hint of such disgusting service i sure would have held on to them. Their customer support executive who attended to me was ridiculous and i am very disappointed with the way they have handled this issue. Also on 16th i shopped at their vashi outlet and the shopping there was successfully recorded. Such pathetic service at panvel. I was so furious i gave them my membership card back and asked to deregister me the executive calmly accepted and didn't even offer a sorry. I am deeply disappointed. They sure have lost a loyal customer to pathetic service. To add to this when i try their website for lodging a complaint/feedback their website does not register my complaint. Keep getting an error. Absolutely useless reward card. Have shopped numerous times and sometimes even used a coupon code to double the points or add more points. But the card never has more than 10 to 20 points. I guess your systems don't work and card points do not accumulate. Either fix it or don't issue these cards.
