[Resolved] Hypercity — Pathetic customer service staff | |||
At the express check out counter, on 21st Feb., 2017, the service staff wanted me to keep the basket on the other side and since its now inconvenient to him, he wanted me to pass the items! I told him to do it himself. To this he just smiled like a fool and I told him what kind of service are they providing?! I have mentioned the date and counter, as he was the only person there, it should be easy to find out. I would like to know what action is taken against such lazy, pathetic, cheap and uneducated staff. This is a big brand, if such pathetic service is provided then such people should be fired, because this isn't a local station area. We have been coming here for so many years, if this is how your staff behaves then will tell others too and avoid this mall. Was this information helpful? | |||
