There is no way where i can locate how many points accumulated in my account. There is no clue as to how to redeem the points. We are regular visitors of hyper city market and always buy lot of food stuffs and clothing materials. Even purchase of pulses, cereals, household utensils, toiletry items, cosmetic items, gift articles, children toys, gents trousers and ladies wears etc. Despite giving lot of business there is no outcome of redemption of points. We bought apples from Hypercity Vashi on Sep 1. Today I cut the apples and 2 of them were spoilt. We are loyal regular customers and this is not the first time it has happened. The pomegranate and water melon were good. I still have 3 apples and now i am worried they will be bad too.
