Hypercity — Unethical behaviour and harassment in hypercity bangalore | |||
Hi, I purchased some items from Hypercity bangalore near kundanahalli gate on dt 5-Jun-2016. After coming back home I checked the bill and realised that I was charged extra amount for one item, lijjat papad. Actually I purchased only 1 unit but I was charged for 4 units. The very next day I went to the store to report the issue to the customer desk, but they were not ready to accept that it was their mistake. Instead of tallying the bill against their stock records the sales person H15435-Gangadhari started arguing with me as if I was a conman and intentionally playing the trick to get the extra units or difference money by wasting 3 hours of my working time, travelling all the way down to Hypercity customer desk to address my concern !! I had an extremely bad experience. Please address the concern. Was this information helpful? | |||

Waiting since long. No one form Hypercity is bothered for this issue. Very disappointing. I wonder if posting in consumercomplaints works?
