hi, even i have faced the same issue. but i want to know one thing, bank details they are asking for refund or what. are they ready to refund the money. because there are so many complaints about the same issue on this website. and even somewhere i read few customers got refund also. i have also sent them mail for refund, but still not got any reply. i doubt whether they will reply or not. did they send an email to you for refund and bank details.

I hav ordered some orders on hypermarket kart and they hav not delievered items and now it is 18th day...today...and no refund yet
Now it is more than 3 weeks over but I didn't get any refund. I have been constantly asking them but no response. I sent mails to 'Sales | HyperMarketKart.Com' ; 'HyperMarket Kart' ; [protected]@hypermarketkart.com; [protected]@hypermarketkart.com
