Hyundai Mobile — repairing during warranty period

Dear sir/madam
Myself mr. Kailash chandra patnaik from puri, odisha. This has a referance to my complain dt.06.01.2018 at 10.02 p. M. To hyundai mobiles which is reproduced below for ready reference. The mobile was purchased on line through shop cj on dt.27.01.2017. After defect, it was handed over to hyundai mobile authorized service centre, accelfrontline, 143, sahid nagar, in front of kalyan mandap, ground floor, bhubaneswar-751007, odisha (Ph.[protected]) on 19.06.2017 for repairing. But, though in the meantime more than 8 months have been passed neither i have received back the same till date nor any reply so for. Should i forget the mobile? Please reply as soon as possible because i have no more patience. If there is any problem for repairing, then the should be refunded.

Previous complain to hyundai mobiles :
Dear sir,
Most regretfully, i am to draw your kind attention that, i had purchased one “hyundai hi 50 young” mobile phone set online through “shop c j”. I got it from courier on dt.27.01.2017. From the date of receipt, it was not working well. The problems were:
(1) incoming as well as outgoing voices were not clear,
(2) battery break up was too poor,
(3) ear cord was not working well,
(4) charging cord was not perfectly inserting in the charging slot,
(5) video call was so poor.
So, i contacted the hyundai customer care and as per their advise, i handed it over to your authorized service centre, accelfrontline, 143, sahid nagar, in front of kalyan mandap, ground floor, bhubaneswar-751007, odisha on 19.06.2017 for repairing of the mobile set and exchange of the battery and ear cord, as per their assurance to solve these problems within 15 days. Day after day rolled on, but, till today i have not got my mobile set. Firstly, they said the company has been requested for a new battery. After four months they said, the battery has been received from the company, but the mobile set is not yet repaired, it will be sent to kolkata for repairing. After about fifteen days they sent it to kolkata. After about two months the set was received from kolkata and on contact from my side they said me on dt.22.12.2017 to come and take the mobile on dt.23.12.2017. Accordingly, i sent my son on the date said by them and came to know that, the mobile set is still defective. This time the screen was defective which was not defective when i handed them the mobile. They said to come on next saturday i. E dt.30.12.17. But, on contact on that day, i am told that the set has not yet been received from company.
Sir, i had purchased it since it is launched by a branded company like hyundai.in the meantime the warranty period is going to be lapsed soon on 18.1.2017. It may be reiterated that the mobile is with company from 19.06.2017 till date (7 months).
I am a senior citizen, residing at puri, odisha, 60 k. M away from bhubaneswar. I am not able to go frequently bubaneswar for this purpose. Most of the times they are not receiving the phone calls. I am harassed that, they deal the matter very very carelessly.
I would, therefore request you to kindly appreciate my problem and look in to the matter personally and solve my problem by supplying a new mobile phone set with warranty from the date of supply of the new mobile, because, from 19.06 2017, i have not received my mobile and it is with the company.
