[Resolved] Hyundai Motor India — Accident repairs delayed by Hyundai dealer | |||
I have been facing sever problems with the feedback regarding the repair & delivery of my car from local dealer of Hyundai - Planet Hyundai, Sola, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The dealer has received my car for accident repairs on 27th December 2014. Dealer is giving excuses of non-availability of parts whereas they are supposed to maintain inventory compulsorily. They have not honored the promised date of 10-12 days delivery. I & my business is suffering due to unavailability of my car. As director of my company, I am suffering from severe stress & inconvenience due to this. Also, now the dealer is not ready to commit any date when I demanded final deadline.
