Hyundai Motor India — After sales services - documentation problems | |||
I had purchased Hyundai Xcent Car from Modi Hyundai Kanjurmarg dated 05 September 2016, Registration Number MH-46-AD-3882. Last 10 months I had continuous follow for various documentation processes, but till no result. My Registration paper will receive after 4 month from delivery date. For CNG Endorsement, I had follow-up with Sales Executive Mrs. Geeta Patil for last 6 months, till date no result. I personally talk to Customer Car Executive Mrs. Jaya Nair, but no result. Every time she told me will update with half hours. But no update gives from Modi Hyundai, Kanjurmarg. Because of CNG Endorsement not done, I have bear expenses for CNG problem. Request you to reseolve the problem and take action on Modi Hyundai, Kanjurmar. This kind of outlet have effect business of Hyundai Brand.
