Hyundai Motor India — Brake in-effective during low speed run

Dear Sir, I am using ERA i10 Car, Registration No.GJ01-KH-8954, purchased from M/s Sharma Hyundai, Ashram road, Ahmedabad on 31.03.2011 in Petrol version. Converted into CNG version on 27.10.2012 but alternatively, i am using petrol as well CNG Some time, I am facing brake problem since Jan-2015. When in use the brake during slow speed between 10 & 30 KMPH, the car is stops in long distance & the brake pedal is become hard. I have complained to M/s Sharma Hyundai, Ashram road, Ahmedabad on 04.05.2015 during latest paid service. They have replied that it is because of CNG. However, for my satisfaction to get good result from brake, i have spent an amount Rs.575.00 towards overhauling of Both rear brake and Rs.510.00 towards overhauling of both front brake through M/s Sharma Hyundai, Ashram road, Ahmedabad. vide their Retail invoice no.B[protected] dtd.04.05.2015. BUT NO IMPROVEMENT. You are requested to kindly get the above problem solved permanently. Your early action in this regards will be highly appreciable.
