Hyundai Motor India — Car Dealer is denying to let customer do the insurance. | |
Hyundai India car dealer ( DPM Hyundai-dehradun) is not agreeing on getting the new car insurance to be done by me(customer) and saying its not possible, and your wish whether tou want to buy it or not!! Mr. Bhushan, who is the sales person at DPM Hyundai isn't even giving the receipt of booking, which I made while at the time of booking Verna Diesel S+ model, neither he mentioned a date of ETA against vehicle. Only a booking form I received in lieu of that. Why should I pay approx. 15000 /- extra for the same comprehensive insurance to the dealer, which I am getting from ICICI Lombard at a very lesser rate?? Isn't it harrasment from dealer to customer ?? Isn't a kind of loot and dealer is behaving like a decoit ?? When I am asking to cancel the booking, dealer is asking that 3000/- of charge will be cut from your booking amount, which wasn't asked at the time of booking. I will put this further to consumer court if things are not going to settle down by Hyundai India within this week. Was this information helpful? | |
