Hyundai Motor India — Car not repaired from past 2 months | |||||
Vikram heer My hyundai i20 asta hr-03-r-8337 is at your charisma dealership in chandigarh from 22nd feb 2016 (Still haven't received it 28 april 2016), body-shop personnel told me that there is an engine seize due to oil leak after the car was hit from underneath. The person i was dealing with (Rinkal [protected]) left hyundai without any notification and no one had a clue what was going on for a month until i have to go to dealership personally and ask about the status (This is when hyundai guys came to know that no one was working on my car). First i am told the engine is seize then after 2 weeks i am told the turbo is seized. Your personnel are making me follow up with them rather than they contacting me first since they dont bother to call me or msg me about what is going on and about the progress of the repair work. Everyday i am given dodgy information about the status of my car. If this is the kind of service i expect from hyundai then this would be my last purchase from you guys (This is our 2nd car from hyundai). 2 months!!! Who takes 2 months to repair a car??? It is not a case of total damage. Best part!! The repair advisor/ repair man (Rinkal) never told me that we could buy a new engine instead of repairing the damaged one as both would cost same amount of money. Now i will get a huge bill along with a busted engine. Kudos guys!! The kind of reviews i am looking at here on your website assuring me that this will be my last purchase from hyundai.
