Hyundai Motor India — Complaining about a serious problem in clutch and power steering. | |||
Serious problem noticed in cluch and in power steering of magma i20 I, tapas kumar panchali, having purchased one i20 magma on 27.09.2010, from a dealer name bengal hyundai, at forshore road, howrah, like to draw your kind attention about a serious and rather grave problem noticed in clutch and as well in power steering while driving. The clutch gets hard and hot while driving vehicle particularly in congested areas, in traffic jams and as well in areas where movement of vehicle is in slow speed. The vehicle never moves at all even if you accelerate. The clutch needs cool down from time to time till you reach your destination. It is very dangerous and serious in nature for the one who drives. Further more the steering too at times gets hard and never allowed to get steer (To control the direction). I got it repaired from the local mechanic at that juncture to get relief and reach home safely. So, under the circumstance, i request you to call for my vehicle for through check of such serious problem on free charge including replacement of spare parts as the vehicle has ran only 7600 km. Serious problem noticed in cluch of Magna i20
I, Umeshchandra V. Surati, having purchased one i20 Magna car on 30/09/2009 from a dealer name Downtown Motors Pvt. Ltd, opp. Channi Octroi post, Vadodaera. Vehical no is GJ06DB 8521, like to draw your kind attention about a serious and rather grave problem noticed in clutch.
The clutch gets hard and hot while driving vehicle particularly in congested areas, in traffic jams and as well in areas where movement of vehicle is slow speed. The vehicle never moves at all even if you accelerate . the clutch needs cool down from time to time till you reach your destination. So it is very dangerous and serious in nature for the one who drives.
Such type of problem occurred first time on dated 10/08/2013 at total Mileage 12030 KM. I got it repaired by replacement of new Cylinder Assy- Clutch Release and Clutch Master from your dealer name Aldiam Motors PVT. LTD., 986/31, GIDC, opp. Airforce Station Makarpura, Vadodara.
Again same problem occurred on dated 01/09/2016 and I got it repaired by Clutch Bleeding at the same dealer name service station. But my car problem not resolved and third time again same problem occurred in my car at total Mileage 28564. Now your dealer advice me for replacement of Cylinder Assy-Clutch Release and Clutch Master again.
This shows that in my car every 12000 to 13000 km. such problem has been occurred and it may be occurred in future also. It means there may be some manufacture defect or may be poor quality of part materials.As a reputed company such type of problem could not be happen in car often and often.
So under the circumstance, I request you to solve my car problem permanently and please give instruction to your dealer to check of such serious problem on free charge including replacement of spare parts.
