Hyundai Motor India — Complaint about sales dealing | |||
Today I visted novelty hyundai showroom in PATHANKOT punjab to buy a new hyundai creta. But there sales person behaviour and attitude towards sales or customer is not so good. As he said that if you buy a new hyundai creta with full payment you have to give Rupess 25000 extra(excluding car amount, r c, insurane ) and when I said for what purpose I have to pay this amount he said if you donot pay extra 25000 we will not deliver you car. I think this is a kind of blackmailing to force a customer to pay extra which is of no use . And with this thing I dropped a idea to buy any hyundai creta top model as there service towards customer is not good Was this information helpful? | |||
