Hyundai Motor India — Complaint against Hyundai dealer | |||
I have bought my car in Oct. 2014 Grand i10 sports model from Khanna Hyundai Jagadhari (Yamunanagar), Haryana with Future General Insurance policy NO. 2014HFA93924FPV . Car VIN number is MALA851DLEM157438 . At that time they told me that this is your 0% dep. policy and premium of this is already included in Car cost of 5.95 lacs. But now unfortunately I have filed a claim for my car and I came to know that They have added one clause in this policy for Voluntary Deductible Rs. 7500. When I contact to Insurance company they told me that you paid less premium for this thats why this clause is there. I also contact in Khanna Hyundai for this and they told me that we can not do anything now for this.So they cheated me, because of just 2000 to 2500 Rs. they added this clause in my Insurance policy. And now unfortunately I have registered 2 claims for my car within 45 days so I have to pay 7500 + 7500 extra for these. I have also registered same complaint in Hyundai Customer care but did not get any response till now. My complaint no. is[protected] . Please do needful in this matter.
