Hyundai Motor India — Complaint against, rama hyundai vasant kunj | |||
I have santro with registration no as dl 3c bq 5137. I bought it in 2013 and since then i have done almost all services with rama hyundai, vasant kunj. Today i was driving from chattarpur to vasant kunj and suddenly my car started shaking and missing. I went to rama hyundai at 9:20 am and someone assisted me. I informed the person about my issue and he opened a jobcard for the same and assigned a mechanic. I went inside with the mechanic to know the problem, he opened the engine and checked some swiches where he found that one of the switch was loose so he pushed it tightly and it worked, we took the test drive. Now the person asked me to pay rs 518 for this small thing. I tried to make him understand that the mechanic just tighten the switch and it worked but still he asked me to pay rs 518, i denied to pay the amount as it was not worthful. The person got angry and said that "koi baat nai hum agli baar dekh lenge jab service karwane aaoge". Now what does that mean. Any how, this was a very cheap and unaccepted behaviour of that person. Now i would never recommend anyone for this service center and will try to educate other people for such incidents in rama hyundai. Hope the owner of the rama hyundai read this and try to improve his services and staff behaviour. Was this information helpful? | |||

I bought Grand I 10 form Arvind Hyundai AGRA in april, which is run only 300 KM.On Friday (05/05/17) some how car not getting start so we have handover it to service center.Now it is more than 5 days but they guys just promising on daily basis.
