[Resolved] Hyundai Motor India — Dealer refusing delivery | |
Dear Sir/Madam, I had booked a Hyundai Creta SX Manual Petrol (Titan Gray) model at bm hyundai dehradun in March 2021. the dealer has promised delivery in 6 months i called them in june they delivery will be done in july i called them in july they said delivery will be done on 15th july i called them on 15th july they said delivery will bw done in august i called them in august they said model has been discontinued and SX Executive model is available but with some features removed. I checked SX Executive model and observed that Music System and Bluelink features are removed as compared to SX. Initially while booking a car in March these were the main attractive features which I liked and did not hesitate for long waiting. Even if the SX model is discontinued i don't have an option to buy the upper model since SX(O) is not available in petrol manual variant where i can get bluelink and company fitted music system. This is a very disappointing thing for me and a lot of other customers like me. I have been a Hyundai customer since 2005 and did not expect such service from Hyundai.
