Hyundai Motor India — Delay in delivery Elite i20 | |||
Delay in delivery of i20 Elite-I had booked an i20 Elite from Sharayu Hyundai Navi Mumbai on 17th August 2014. They promised to deliver the car by 22nd September 2014 and they somehow got the loan amount also dispersed from HDFC bank. Now I am paying the EMI without a car and they are again saying that the car will be delivered at the end of this month and that to they are not sure about that.Plus there is a price hike that I will have to pay. This delay is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable and how did the dealer got the loan amount dispersed without the car? Can someone from Hyundai look into this issue and get me the delivery done in this week itself otherwise I will have to cancel my booking.
