Hyundai Motor India — Delay in repair of car | |||
I gave my car i-10 for repairs (due to accident) to Godawari Motors at Moga on 18.02.2017. Despite promise to deliver car after 20 days, till date car has not been repaired. When I visited on 15.03.2017 they told that some parts are not available whereas they were saying that car will be repaired by 11.03.2017. They assured me again to get the car repaired by 19.03.2017 but when contacted telephonically on 20.03.2017, they are still saying that parts are not available and we are not sure how much time it will take. I am serving as Manager in State Bank of India posted at Chandigarh where I need vehicle for commuting from residence to office. please look into the matter at your end. Is there any model ;named as grand I10 sports +.if yes why company cannot mention that name on same model.Delar from satara(Kanase) very confused regarding car 's features and its features.
