Hyundai Motor India — Delayed intimation of car registration number and Non installation of car regstration number plate

I had taken delivery of Hyundai i10 car from Libra Hyundai, Naraina Vhar, New Delhi on 17Jun15. Initially I was told that the car registration number shall take 4 to 5 days. After a lot of follow up I was advised the registration number (DL 8C AK 7627) on 27Jun15 vide SMS. Thereafter, I am struggling to get the Number plate installed from Libra Hyundai till date. Even today I am told that the same shall get 2 to 3 days. Even after 2 weeks of buying a new car, I am unable to drive the same since it cannot be parked at authorised parking spaces, cannot be left on the road even for a while and moreover the risk of being questioned by the traffic police.
