We have recently (2 months back) bought hyundai xcent e+ (Tn 07 cl 7855) from dsc hyundai saidapet (Sales persons - ranjitha & vinod) for own use. And also the sales team did not give any info abt the accessories & we still haven't received the rc book yet. Even after several followup, no update from them regarding the rc book. We have no much usage (Driven only 300 kms till now). We were unable to start the car after a week idle. Got update from hyundai tie up allianz service team that the battery is completely down & there is some leakage-that needs to be checked. Raised a concern to dsc to replace the battery. After several call & continuous followup for a week with their branch manger (Rangarajan) & crm (Chandrakala), engr came and updating as no issues & if a week idle means the battery will surely go down & telling hyundai tie up allianz service team has blabbered something to convince you & asking to raise a complaint with battery manufacturer exide to get the status report of battery. Battery manufacturer exide service person visited and confirmed that there is no issues with the battery but could see some leakage values as (.78) instead of 0. Completely dissatisfied and need a proper update and service to rectify the error. Was this information helpful? | |||
