Greetings hyundai, I feel very sorry to write this email and unfortunate to have purchased vehicle creta from hyundai. I initially i was very much happy with the comfort and service provided by hyundai even though when the top roof was found damaged at the time of delivery which was later repainted by mgf hyundai. While handing over the vehicle for third service of my vehicle kl 39 j 5679 i have requested to do the preliminary task which is done to the vehicle for 3rd service (Oil change, brake fluid change) and not to do any other tasks as the vehicle was very much comfortable for driving even though there was a fault in one of the tyre which was a manufacturing defect which was identified by mgf but not disclosed to me till 3rd service and repetitive complaints. After taking delivery after my 3rd service i found the clutch pedal hardened and i updated mgf and they took the vehicle and bleed the brake oil after which there was little comfort on the clutch pedal. Again i updated them that i am feeling discomfort while speeding the vehicle and mgf came with update that was due to fault in one of the tyre which is manufacturing defect. After taking delivery i was unable to put reverse gear and back to first gear to move forward and i have complained to mgf and road side assistance came and agreed to the fault. All these happened after i delivered the vehicle to mgf for 3rd service and technical flaw done in the 3rd service is the cause of all these issues. Neither i have complained of any defects while delivering the vehicle for 3rd service. I give my vehicle for service in advance and you can check your log book. Now mgf come up with the update that is a clutch issue and it has to be replaced. What is the credibility of hyundai vehicle even if the clutch doest withstand for 32000 km and why should i purchase premium vehicle spending so much money. I am driving my vehicle for the past nearly 20 years. By giving the vehicle for 3rd service to mgf has cost me the price of the vehicle. Please let e know whether i should retain the vehicle or sell the vehicle. Your response is highly appreciated.
