[Resolved] Hyundai Motor India — Harrasment by M/s Morani Cars Pvt. Ltd, Jaipur- replacement of defective battery. | |||
I had purchased Verna(petrol) from your dealer M/s Morani Cars Pvt. Ltd, Tonk Road Jaipur on 13.02.2012. within less than three months time, the battery (Exide) was out of order, when I was at Baroda (Gujarat) & was going to Ahmedabad with my family. Some how, after confirmation from the Dealer at Jaipur, I got the battery replaced at Baroda with the assurance that the cost of battery will be refunded to me after surrender of the defective battery at Jaipur. I incurred Rs. 6520/- on replacement of the battery & had surrendered the defective battery[protected] at service station of the dealer. Till date, i was not paid cost of the replaced battery. I earlier had visited office of the dealer at Jaipur 4-5 times; but was not given any importance & hearing. The dealer seems to be very careless towards their customers; one the vehicle is sold. I, therefore demand immediate refund of Rs. 6520/- towards cost of the battery & suitable compensation against the harassment & loss of my time.
