Xcent was purchased from modi motor agencies pvt. ltd, vasai road pin : 401208 vide invoice number h[protected] dated 28/02/2017 and vehicle was delivered on 29th march 2017 afternoon. chasis no. mala741dlhm242031; engine no : d3fahm267196.
Next day i. e. 1st day of its running, vehicle brokedown and towed away by modi hyundai service center goregaon (w), mumbai. they could not identify the problem till evening of 30th march but indicated that it is because of non supply of fuel to engine. this is very shocking that vehicle was delivered without proper checking by hyundai.
Car was taken to run in uber and on it's 1st day it broke down resulting in to lot of anguish, loss of business and mental torture.

Need immediate justice from a reputed brand like hyundai
