Hyundai Motor India — Improper service charges

I have an i20 (Petrol) and it has completed 42000kms. I had given the car for servicing at kun united hyundai servicing centre, (Near ecil cross roads, beside lakshmi gardens) on 13 jul 17. I was promised that i would be given a discount of 20% on the total bill.
However i wasn't given any discount and was charged rs 1500 extra. I have mentioned this in the customer feedback form but haven't received any calls regarding the matter. It is a total neglect and display of improper work ethics by the staff. This kind of callous and poor behaviour is totally not acceptable.

Updated by Harish Chandran C I have a hyundai i20 (Magna, petrol) and had given the car for repair of air conditioning to kun hyundai, kushaiguda branch, hyderabad. Post repair, the air-conditioning knob was found to be damaged and the service rep had promised that the item would be replaced free of charge during the next servicing. The next servicing was completed on 13 jul 17, but however the service centre had refused to change the ac knob free of cost quoting various invalid reasons.. The service centre has a history of poor service quality and poor customer care. Inspire of repeated complaints, the service centre shows no interest in resolving complaints.
