Hyundai Motor India — Insisting to take accessories and extended warranty on new creta | |||
I booked Creta on 31st Jan21 with commitment to deliver within a 2 month time period but after approx two & half months there is still no confirmation about delivery of vehicle. Now Dealer want extra money from me to deliver CAR and it is a favor to me. As per them I have to invest approx 40k INR extra for accessories and extended warranty. I received a call from Roshan Motors Shyam nagar JAipur (Raj.) that they have a Creta in Titan Grey colour and if I am ready to take Grey colour against my requirement of Black colour than they can give in Grey colour to me against my booking but I have to invest 40k INR extra for accessories and extended warranty and Manager Manju was pressurizing me against my wish If i will not invest she will allot this vehicle to other customer, As per her she is favouring me otherwise other dealers are taking more than 100k INR extra for accessories and shared some examples. I have been using Hyundai vehicles only since 2010, first Santro than I20 now I booked Creta. This is showing I made a mistake to book a Hyundai Vehicle where there is no value for the customer. First time this is my worst experience with Hyundai Team when I am requesting for delivery of a vehicle against two and half month old booking, but dealer wants more money instead of facilitating customers.
