My verna fluidic has done 25000 kms in 3 years. Its two tyres ( bridgestone 195/ 55 r16 tubeless) have developed a bubble since the first three months of driving. The service centre staff tell me they cant do anything about it. The most ridiculous part of it is, they dont have the tools to change the tyres. They've been asking customers to have the spare tyre changed at a close by puncture repair wala. Another incident took place where my fog lamps along with the lower front spoilers just fell loose. Upon inquiring, the staff, a service manager, told me its a well known issue with the cars but it will cost you around 7000 rupees to completely replace it. A local mechanic fixed the problem with a set of wire and feviquick. I paid him 300 even though he asked for 250 rs. I am very proud of the company and I love my car. But a service centre like jaya hyundai nanded should be dealt with severely.
