Hyundai Motor India — Lingering on the accidental car delivery by agency | |||
I gave my car Hyundai scent model 2015 car number is hr01AL 4396 to kaushalaya Hyundai dated 24th April 2017 and they promised to deliver the same within 7 to 10 days. But I called them on 30th April that is 6 days after I gave car they said ki we have still not oreder the parts required for your car means 5 days wasted for order only. Then Thursday that is 04 th may they said recieved your parts and the work is only of 2-3 days we will deliver the same max by Monday that is today 08th may 2017. In the morning I called they said some of the parts we are still waiting let us see when will it arrive and when we will receive and then afterwards we can tell when we can deliver your car. They said parts hai hi nahl available company mei bhi. Dear team @ Hyundai this is the height of irresponsibility on the part of representative of Hyundai and this only give a black spot on Hyundai name that such a big organisation don't even have parts in company and they can't even arrange from any of the agencies around their catchment. If I won't get the car delivery by today or.max tomorrow I will file a consumer case also and forget about that even I will negative pubilicyty of Hyundai cars coz I have helped to.sold innumerable num of cars for Hyundai as I m branch manager in hdfc bank and we recommend Hyundai always while giving loans to the customers but now onlwarda I will never ever recommend Hyundai cara if I will not be satisfied Was this information helpful? | |||
