[Resolved] Hyundai Motor India — misguided by service manager and so overcharged for service against insurance | |||
Hi I have given my hyudai i20 (JH01BW) 9912 to Balaji service centre in Muzaffarpur after meeting with an accident. We had claimed under ICICI lombard vehicle insurance.. After checking all the documents like insurance, driving license etc the incharge from Balaji Hyundai had told us that Rs 3000 to 4000 will be charged. No body told anything else during the service time. Now, the service centre is asking us to pay Rs 16, 000 approx stating that the policy was normal. If it could have been said to us in advance I would not get the service from service centre as I am unable to pay such a huge amount. I have attached the conversations done with the Balaji Hyundai Manger Mr Mukesh Ph [protected]. In call Mr Mukesh is accepting that this was the fault from their side and so i request you to release my vehicle after taking Rs 4000. I need my vehicle asap. I am ready to pay the amount nearby Rs 4000 but can not pay Rs 16000, which is beyond my capacity. Kindly support your help.
