Hyundai Motor India — Hyundia Creta not working brand new

Please see below the timeline of events
We booked car creta e plus in november by making a down payment
We started further payments on december 14th

We were informed that they received the car on 16th and we only asked for car on 27th yet no accessories were fitted properly
December 27th 2016 We received car without registration so it was lying in our garage as we left to go out of town. The right indicator was not working and the front and rear sensors were not working . The second coating of the anti rust was not done. however we were told by the sales rep when we informed him that it was not working that nothing was wrong
January 2nd we returned the car and tried to start the car i did not. We called balkrishna the sales representative at shreem. He fitted the number plate and we were informed someone will come pick up the car another day
Jan 3rd car was returned back to showroom .
Jan 4th the car was returned . Again it did not start . The front and rear sensors did not work
Jan 5th car was returned to workshop and we called everyday but we were told they were testing the car
Jan 7th evening the car was returned at night we checked and the car was starting at night but Sesnors were still not working.
Jan 8th we tried to take the car out and it did not start . We called and spoke to satish the general manager who was extremely rude and told it was not a big deal if the car did not start or if none of the accessories were working. We were told things like I have a fleet of ten cars so don't try to tell me these things don't happen . We were not given a temporary car upon request for travelling. We were also denied the number or email of the ceo.
Mr Ali came to fix the car and he switched off the window and front sensors module . And replaced the battery.
Jan 9th. After calling and asking exactly 7 times for the ceo of shreem Hyundai they put me on hold for 23 mins before he came on the phone and assured everything would be fixed
Even after requesting them not to bother my aged father they did so and did not come at the agreed upon time
Jan 10th
At night mr lohit suvarna along with his team came to look at the car and after staying for 2 hours we had to shut off the front sensors as they did not work and not to mention it was deafeningly loud.
We asked for a compensation and were assured we would be given a fair compensation
Jan 11th one of the rear sensors dislodged
After calling everyday we have not yet received any compensation. We have followed up but not received any response . We have not even received a refund for the accessories that do not work !!!

I am sure this is not the level of service or quality you expect from your dealers . They are ruining Hyundai's reputation . It is not acceptable to receive a new car that does not start
