Hyundai Motor India — Non fulfilment of commitment

I had booked Hyundai Santro 1.1AMT Sportz in dated 10/01/2021 at your dealership office Ultimate Automobiles Pvt. Ltd, Industrial Area Phase-2, Panchkula, with commitment to receive the same by dated 10/02/2021.

But till date, even order is not confirmed by you. It is very bad experience i have faced. I had some planning that is why i required this car by 10/02/2021, but you have spoiled all my planning.

I request you please look into the matter and deliver my car at the earliest.
