My vehicle no: AS 01 BV 5458 Hyundai Eon bought in the month of November 2015. Since the purchase I am complaining about the mileage issues which never been resolved. Recently I took the vehicle to the same service centre unfortunately got a minor accident. They told us that will handed over with in 02 days. But after that every day they promises to return my car on next day. Its been more then a week (approx 10-12 days). From my personal experience NO ONE should ever visit to this Dealer. They too try to convince me to buy i20 grand from them and suggesting to sell my old honda city car.
After getting such surprising feedback from few of my friends who had bought cars from OJA HYUNDAI have received very bad service after the purchase.
they took so much time to deliver for any small issues even they are totally free.
I just want to notify the owner of OJA HYUNDAI that each and every staff are cheating on him and they getting paid without any work. Its a humble request to the owner that all of your staffs are making you fool and they are losing your goodwill.
