Hyundai Motor India — Old Car owner name change

Dear Team I have purchased new Hyundai EON Era+ from KUN Hyundai (Kairthabad) showroom on 31August2013 under exchange of my Maruthi Suzuki Esteem as a down payment. This was handled by your sales executive Mr. Chandra Shekar. But till now the Owner name of my old vehicle has not changed, it’s still exits on my mother name. I have visited and called to Kun Hyundai showroom many times to enquire about change of ownership of my old esteem vehicle. Every time a new person comes in to picture and tells me that they will enquire about this and call me back. But no updates are received from your end.
