Hyundai Motor India — poor service and unethical behaviour of staff of vishal hyundai | |||
I had booked a car with 10000 rs. From vishal hyundai panvel in the month of january but i had not seen such a bad experience in my life sales executive had misguided and cheated me which earlier also i had raise complaint with audio clips in customer service as well as by emailing to the senior persons for help but still facing issues staff of vishal hyundai always gives false statement due to this i decided to cancel the car from vishal hyundai after so many complaints. Staff of vishal hyundai has given confirmation to the icici bank without my confirmation for disbursement of loan amounting rupees one lakhs and toke the disbursement without informing me when my first emi has debited from my account then i came to vishal hyundai has taken disbursement after so many compaints they had send me apology mail after 10-12 days. I accept there apology and from then they started blaming me and again they were not agree to accept there mistake and one of the staff mrs. Ruchita madam was answering as like she has did fever on me which she had mailes me. Due to such a bad experience i cancelled the car and they was asking for 25000 rupees cancellation charges but my question is why shoud i pay cancellation charges where i clearly mention that i m cancelling the car the because i was unhappy with the sales experience whatever going on from january to till date. And they agreed for my cancellation and they had given acknowledge copy of the cancellation letter which i m attaching and after 5 to 6 days mrs ruchita from hyundai came my home with two male staff when my sister was alone at home and started talking arrogantly with my younger sister that you have to pay cancellation charges because hyundai is cutting cancellation charges from my salary so i want that money from you and started abusing she and that male staff came to my office also to ask cancellation charges as i had taken any loan from hyundai then why this lady came to my home without contacting mee? Is she is the recovery agent of vishal hyundai??? Why this guys are given me mental torcher should i take any legal action for the same??? Because i m completely fade up from vishal hyundai staff now they are refusing to pay back my booking amount of rupess 10000 as well as not cancelling my loan due to this i am still paying emi till the date. I have paid three emis of rupess 3193 /-per month to the icici bank after cancellation of car now please help me to get out of this or should i go to consumer court for my rights??? I m requesting you i want my booking amount back and please return the loan disbursement to the bank and kindly revert.
