Hyundai Motor India — Poor servicing and customer bound to revisit to get the things fixed. | |||
I got my Verna car serviced on 22nd March from KLG. The damaged AC of my car as it was working fine before service. It happened second time they shown carelessness during service and didn't check it properly. They called me twice during previous service as well after my complaint. Why don’t they execute the checklist properly before handing over the car to customer? I never get any complaint from Maruti Suzuki for my Swift car but it happens quite often with Hyundai guys. I am fed up with the way you guys work. Either you guys don’t care about the customers or have any other problem. Was this information helpful? | |||
