Hyundai Motor India — pramukh hyundai chembur service centre blaming customer for their carelessness which happen from their side | |||
I had given my car for an accident repair purpose to pramukh hyundia (Chembur) on 15/02/2018 -17/03/2018 (For 1 month 2 days) in the mean time my car was driven around few kilometres for their washing and run trial purpose. After i recieved my car at 6:30pm on the 17th march i started facing issues with my clutch immediately while i was driving back home from pramukh hyundai service centre (Chembur) i immediately called to pramukh hyundai and my confirmed executive (Krishna & senior executive rakesh) regarding my clutch. I also called hyundai ivr and even the regional office (Mumbai) after the general process from regional office and hyundai ivr i recieved a call after 7 days and was told that this clutch issue does not come under hyundai service but i have to replace the part on my own expenses but this issue is happend by the service centre and instead of accepting their mistake and helping the customer out with the issue they are blaming me that this issues has happend from my side. I want them to replace the part and repair the car with all the issues in it.
