Hyundai Motor India — purchase of I 20 | |||
Sir/Madam, I had booked i20 from Rsquare, Chembur on 01/04/2018. I had given the Booking amount of Rs 25000/- by cheque no "422734", canara bank, Which was debited on 05/04/2018. ( Booking reciept not provided to me by Rsquare). After a few days your sales person Mr. Ganesh informed that Rsquare, chembur will be unable to timely delivery of my booked i20 car due to some problem and completed the purchase procedure at Sai auto Hyundia saki vihar road, chandivali, Mumbai. I have paid the full amount there and purchased the i20 car. Mr. Ganesh told me that he had cancelled my booking at Rsquare, chembur and I will get my refund of Rs 25000/- within 2 days. But till today I have not got my refund. I had repeatedly visited to Rsquare chembur but they always misguide and lied to me. I have got fade up now.
