Hyundai Motor India — Repair and handover of car after accident due for more than 8 months, harassment faced | |||
Sir, this is to inform, you about my grieved situation of how I am facing harassment from your reputed company for over 7 months, I have demanded for bribe and being profiled a gained and again by still not getting my car back after the maintained I was assured. I I fear to say water a bad mouth publicity will I be now since this is the worst hospitality I have ever faced. Sir I, etc an fatal accident in November by my hyundai eon UK07BS5465, since then the car is parked at the service station and is yet not in a maintained condition. Rather it is as bad as it awash on day one. I feel defamed that why the help did I purchase a car from hyundai n take there insurance policy. The people at the service station abuse us, ask us for bribe, and blackmail us for removing g it's genuine parts also. Sir I am a government employee and it is very surprising for me that still we are facing such problems, Sir I am a middle class govt. May 11, 2017 sukmanrup's response I have parked the car on 06.05.2017 for repairing the damaged items vide hdfc ergo claim no. C[protected]. Today I asked to service supervisor of 'Lagoon Hyundai' Bhagalpur, Nihar for handed over the car. But he strictly denied to handed over the same as the is no spare items available. It will take more 6 to 7 days which is highly deeply regretted.
